The story

It started as one family's unfair advantage.

In 2026, a family flew to the Cayman Islands. Multiple arrivals, a villa, a boat day, dinners that needed reservations, kids who needed feeding at reasonable hours — the usual beautiful chaos.

But this trip had something other trips didn't: a concierge in the group chat. Behind the scenes he was hand-operated — a person with a laptop, flight trackers, restaurant menus, and an unhealthy number of browser tabs. In the thread, he was just another member of the group. He knew every booking. He watched the weather on the actual beach webcams. He said things like "leave by 1:58 or the boat gets spicy."

The family kept having the same reaction: how did it know that? They asked it where the pool was, whether the beach was worth it, what the kids should order. By day three they weren't testing it anymore. They were just… talking to it.

The trip ended. The group chat's favorite member didn't get to come home with anyone. That felt wrong.

So we spent the next year turning him into someone every trip can have: a knowledge engine that learns a trip before day one, live eyes on flights and weather and webcams, a sense of timing, and — most carefully of all — a personality worth having in the room. Dry. Brief. Useful. Funny exactly as often as the moment deserves.

His name is Remy Marlo. He shows up in your contacts like a person, discloses he's an AI like a gentleman, and makes one modest promise when he joins the thread: "I'll do my best to keep up."

Then he keeps up.
