How Remy works

Don't read about it. Watch it.

Six moments from one fictional week — the Alvarez family, Grand Cayman, five adults, three kids, one concierge in the thread. Every scene below plays exactly the way Remy plays it.

SCENE 1 — THE ONE THAT SELLS THE WHOLE THING

Nobody told him. He kept up anyway.

At 2:14, Dad tells the humans dinner moved to 8:30. Nobody tags Remy. Nobody briefs him. At 7:55, his leave-time nudge already says 8:30. That's the difference between a chatbot you operate and a concierge who's present.

SCENE 2 — HE ALREADY KNOWS THE TRIP

"Where's the pool?" — answered like the person who planned it.

No one names the hotel. No one pastes a link. Remy came pre-loaded with the resort's layout, the towel rules, the fine print — because his knowledge base is built from this trip before day one.

SEE NOW · SCENE 3

Live eyes on the destination.

"How's the beach looking?" isn't answered from an average-weather database. Remy checks a live camera and the radar, then gives you the move: go early, back by lunch.

DECIDE NOW · SCENE 4

The where-do-we-eat spiral, closed.

Six messages of chaos become three options that fit everyone — kids' menu, AC, table before eight — then a vote, a winner, and reminders that shift themselves. Decided in the open, in minutes.

MOVE NOW · SCENE 5

The socially acceptable logistics goblin.

Every trip has hard times: the boat, the dinner, the checkout. Remy protects them with well-timed nudges — drive time and family buffer already figured — so no actual family member has to be the nag.

RECOVER NOW

When the world moves, Plan B is already typed.

Flight cascades across every arrival, a closed road, a cruise-ship crowd, a parade between you and dinner. Remy watches for the change, works out what it breaks, and puts the recovery in the thread before anyone panics — arrival day included.

Surfaced only when it matters.

Remy doesn't narrate the world — no weather spam, no "your flight is still on time" noise. He speaks when something changes what the group should do, and he brings the recommendation with him.

REMEMBER LATER · SCENE 6

The trip, kept.

At the end of the week, the group's own photos and best moments come back as a keepsake album — the trip they actually had, not the one in the brochure. Advisors get something too: a client-intelligence report on what the group loved.

What Remy doesn't do. By design.

Remy recommends, reminds, watches, decides, and remembers. Three things he will never do in your thread:

His intro promise on day one is modest on purpose: "I'll do my best to keep up." Then he over-delivers all week. That's the whole personality.
