Remy Marlo — Acceptable Use + Safety Policy
DRAFT — attorney review required before publication. Prepared 2026-07-05.
Applies to organizers, and to group members' interactions with Remy. Violations can lead to suspension/kill-switch (Terms §7) and, for organizers, termination (Terms §16).
Plain-language version
Use Remy for your trip. Don't use him to hurt people, spy on people, trick people, or break the platform he lives on. That's basically it.
You may not
Misuse the concierge: - Use the Service for any purpose other than supporting the bound group's trip. - Attempt to make Remy perform actions outside his capability boundary (booking, payments, calls, logins, vendor contact) or to bypass his guardrails, including prompt-injection, jailbreaking, or attempts to extract system prompts, other trips' data, or underlying platform access. - Attempt to access, probe, or disrupt our infrastructure, other customers' trips, or the per-trip isolation boundary.
Misuse people's data: - Add Remy to a group without the authority and notice the Terms require (§4), or use him to monitor people who don't know he's there — Remy is a disclosed concierge, not a surveillance tool. - Upload trip materials or roster data (especially children's or health-related data) you have no right to share. - Use the Service to harass, stalk, or collect information about a group member against their wishes.
Misuse the outputs: - Present Remy's outputs as professional (legal/medical/financial/safety) advice, or as guaranteed-accurate flight/reservation data, to people who rely on them. - Remove or obscure Remy's AI disclosure — including in white-label/advisor deployments.
Break laws or platforms: - Use the Service in violation of law, or of WhatsApp's terms as they apply to your own use. - Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages to anyone.
Abuse the pilot: - Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access without a written agreement (advisors: see Advisor Terms); publicly benchmark or scrape the Service to build a competing product.
Safety commitments (ours, matching decided product law)
- Remy refuses transaction requests and redirects to the vendor or human operator.
- Remy never jokes at people's expense, never targets kids in humor, uses a straight register in stress/urgent contexts, and does not adjudicate interpersonal disputes.
- Remy does not volunteer descriptions of people (especially children) in photos; vision is request-scoped.
- Urgent safety contexts (health scares, lost kid): Remy provides grounded pointers (e.g., nearest urgent care from trip knowledge) while being clear he is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call local emergency services — Remy cannot call anyone.
- We may suspend first and ask questions later when safety requires (Terms §7); we'd rather be down than dangerous.
Reporting
Something off — a bad answer, a safety concern, a privacy worry: tell the organizer, say @remymarlo flag that [REQUIREMENTS INPUT — flag command routes to admin dashboard], or email [safety@remymarlo.com — TBD]. During pilot, reports go straight to the operator.
