A concierge who only works for some of the group isn’t much of a concierge. We want everyone — including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or reduced motion — to be able to read this site, join the waitlist, and run a trip through the portal.

Our standard

We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA across both sites. This isn’t aspiration copy: our color palette is contrast-verified against AA thresholds, every page has skip-to-content links and proper landmarks, forms have programmatic labels, focus indicators are visible, and the animated chat demos respect prefers-reduced-motion and are hidden from assistive technology (their content is described in the surrounding text instead).

What we’ve done so far

• Automated and mathematical contrast audit of every color pair in use (July 2026), with failing colors replaced site-wide.
• Keyboard operability: everything reachable and operable without a mouse; no focus traps; visible focus outlines.
• Screen-reader hygiene: semantic headings, lang attributes, labeled controls, decorative animations marked aria-hidden.
• Motion: all animation honors your system’s reduced-motion preference.

Known limitations, honestly

• Full manual screen-reader testing (VoiceOver/NVDA) is still in progress; automated and static checks don’t catch everything.
• The animated chat demonstrations are visual by nature; we describe each scene in adjacent text rather than narrating the animation itself.
• Remy himself lives in WhatsApp — his accessibility in-chat is largely determined by WhatsApp’s own accessibility features.
